The interests of Bennett and Stevens amalgamated in 1967, as per the following announcement made at the time:

"Important Announcement. John Bennett & Co. founded 1821, are now in amalgamation with W. Stevens & Sons Ltd., founded 1830 (formerly of ACTON, LONDON, W.3) This amalgamation of two of the oldest firms of Billiard Table makers and repairers is coupled with the opening of London's Largest Billiard Table Showrooms at 157-163 Old Kent Road, London, S.E.1 (near the Bricklayers Arms.)"

They were advertising as "Bennett and Stevens" in 1972 and would have continued until their takeover by Riley's in 1979. So dating this cue as 1970's would be a good bet.
