Who fancies a weekend of Snooker?

I am still to sort out the final details but basically I will be hosting a weekend of Snooker at Pontins Prestatyn on the 12th of November to the 14th of November.

We have the use of 16 tables in all, 12 of which are Star tables.

Apartment prices are £42 per night and you could fit 3 people into each apartment comfortably or 5 at a squeeze, alot better that £70 a head at a hotel.

Friday - We start at 2pm which will give everybody a chance to get to Pontins, checked in and ready for a day of Snooker. Coaching will be available int he form of a group seminar for an hour then individual coaching will be available through out the day. The day will finish around 10pm for those who want a few beers but the facilities will be open till midnight.

Saturday - 9am start through to midnight again, individual coaching will be available, at about 8pm we make the draw for the competition.

Sunday - 11am check out of your accommodation, bring your luggage to the tournament office where it can be stored whilst we run the comp which starts at 11:30am - comp runs till finish which I predict no later than 4pm which leaves everybody enough time to catch the train home, drive, fly crawl what ever.

    Prices

Accommodation - £42 per apartment, so share where you can to save some cash

Individual coaching per hour- TBC, we are yet to also confirm which coach, Nic Barrow has these dates free at the moment.

    Event - £70

Competition - £10, with all entry fees being paid out in prize money

You will be sharing a table with one other person if we get the maximum number of people applying, entry fees to the event have to be paid upfront via credit or debit card (Link will be given once it has been confirmed) entries will be sold on a first come first served basis, we can not reserve a space for people to pay on the day.

Coaching and competition fees can be paid at the event and accommodation fees can also be paid on the say directly to Pontins.

This is going to be the first of 4 events over the next 12 months.

This is limited to 32 entries, so register your interest below and I will email you once full details are available and it has been put into the shop for purchase.

Sounds great ferret, unfortunately I'll be in hospital (again!) around this time, otherwise I'd have loved to come! Oh well ... maybe next time.

It looks like the November one will have to be canceled as there has not been that much interest, we need 32 people in all.

I thought it would be a risk to do one in November with little notice but though I would give it a go anyway.

How much interest did you get? I could always try and drum some up?

Very strange, but today is the first time that I have seen this post about a TSF weekend in November. Sounds like would have been an interesting weekend. When will the next one be held?

Crikey!!! First time I saw it also!! Would have booked a spot if I had read your post but I booked tickets to Dubai now so it's too late.

Primary reason for not getting interest? Bad title. Wasn't catch enough.

For the next one try this:

NOTE: To all TSF members! I have Pontins for our very own tourney!!!
