Flags

I really can't stand these new flags, they're way too small, and the aspect ratio is all wrong, to the point where I find them unreadable. But I know we're stuck with them now so, would it please be possible to show the appropriate country's name in the mouse-over pop-up message? This would be much more helpful than the current "This is so-and-so's country flag" which I think most people would have already figured out.

Apart from the many-time mentioned size issue, which personally doesnot bother me, there is the issue that the flag often does not appear in the first place, how does this happen? So PatBlock's comment about having the country name appearing in the mouse-over would counter this issue.

Ah well, ahem, that could just be down to lazy people like me who haven't got round to re-selecting their flag since the big forum upgrade.
