You know, my mates don't play anymore and aren't interested in starting again either.
So, off i trot on my own every time i play wherever it may be - Loughborough or Nottingham. I play on my own and tend to miss that competitiveness when trying to thrash a mate.
Now i'm not mental or anything, but maybe there could forum, an area localised forum for folk who share the same clubs that if they chose, could play one another/meet up rather than spend 4 hours playing in complete quietness ?
Could be better than acting billy no mates !! Havn't been here 5mins myself but am surprised you don't have exactly that tbh.
