I just bought a (nearly) new computer with Windows 8 and the newest version of Explorer (not sure of the number - 9?) and I found every time I went to post a comment on a string or send a PM it would log me off and tell me I don't have permission to post. When I re-login my comments have disappeared.
It was getting a little frustrating so then I downloaded Google Chrome and what do you know, the problems disappeared!
So for anyone who gets a new computer with the latest Explorer installed watch for that problem and download Chrome or some other search engine to solve the problem.
