  • Requests smiling faces

    A topic for exactly that.

    I'd like this one:

Dunno about the copyright issue (if there is one concerning smilies) - it's a modification of something I found online a long while ago.

A doh - not as in a female deer, but as in Homer simpson and slapping ones head for being an idiot.

exactly April. Seeing it again though reminds me its more of a cringing/hiding behind a hand than a head slap. <doh>

Thats along the right lines. Although it looks too violent somehow.

The greenish colour makes it look quite negative somehow...

It's important that we can use them legally so we can't just take the old BBC ones. There are a load of usable ones out there though, packs available here and here (and many more here). If anyone wants to suggest any from a free source, be it packs or individual smilies or mix and match, I'd be happy install them.

(I do like that one Maija - where's it from?)

Please just a LOL/ROFL/LMAO-icon (I liked the BBC-LOL-icon). The rest is fine.

perhaps we could make up our own smilies

                          ?

                          and then get them uploaded

                          ?

I'd like to get something like the "I agree" smiley in this pack

As for the one Maija suggested: yes, yellow is much better

The doh! one? It seems to be from http://www.greensmilies.com/ and I just changed the colour of it.

The smilies are free to use, providing there is a backlink to the site on this site.

How much do I have to edit something I have found online before I can call it my own? The bow tie one had a bow tie, though I changed the colour and the shape of it.

Attached is one of my faves from that site
