hiding threads

I got really annoyed by a certain member here who posted dozens of silly threads, but unfortunately putting him on the ignore list only hides his posts not the threads he started.
As he now apparently registered under another name, I wonder whether it wouldn't be possible to also hide threads by users on the ignore list.
