My pal can't enable private messaging, he has only posted a few posts... do you have to post so many for this to open up and he can't also view the snooker lounge

Might be 10 posts (in not off-topic section) required before you can do some of the things.

But I guess the answer lies in forum rules somewhere... And I remember this being asked earlier already.

how many posts before you see the snooker lounge thanks for clearing up the question about private messages

I think its 10 for everything. 10 posts and then a delay of about an hour or something and everything should be available.
