I can't see profiles and member list

Hmmm, sorry to wake up an old question but I'm getting a similar issue. I've probably annoyed a few people by posting arb comments for the sake of hitting the magic 10. Reason being that I want to contact two people by PM but I cannot see their profiles or an option to PM them. I'm on a post count of 11.
Any idea's?
