Private Messaging time limits

Is it possible to reduce/remove the private message time limits. Myself and a few members who get a few messages a day are finding it a little annoying when you pop on to reply and if you have 10 messages you have to wait a minute after each reply.

Its 1 minute (60 seconds) get over it, its there to help prevent people spamming via the PM system.

there's an interesting development out there called email. you can use it at any time of the day or night...
