Sure thing,
Click the MY PANEL button near the top banner
Click Edit Options
Go to the Default Thread Subscription Mode section and select Do Not Subscribe from the drop down list
Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page -
.......and if that doesnt work you can always use cement to fill in your e-mails letterbox.
