    Hi ferret, I have checked all my hotmail settings and can confirm that there is nothing wrong at my end, Your in my marked as safe
    list as admin@thesnookerforum.com.
    The problem has to be at your end I have also sent an email to hotmail's customer support asking for confirmation that the snooker forum is not blocked in anyway.

        I am now not getting ANY email notifications and they're not going to gmail spam either as I checked this morning. I was sent a PM recently and there was no email notification for it and also my own strings are being answered by a couple of members and there have been no email notifications on them either.

        There is definitely something wrong somewhere I think

              Come on ferret can we have an update as to whats going on we can't all be wrong, I have never had any problems before so it can't be blamed on my hotmail accountand others are using different providers.

                      TalkTalk is crap, but I have been with them since November 2010 and this is the first time I have not been getting email notifications from TSF, so you cannot put it down to TalkTalk.
                      Whatever the problem really is, it seems that nobody knows what is causing it.

                        To add a little more to my last post. TalkTalk costs me less than my last provider for Broadband alone and I am now getting Broadband, and telephone to almost anywhere in the world 24/7 for less money.
                        So am willing to put up with some bad service from them, which is nothing to do with email notifications. The worst part of the bad service, is not being able to talk to anybody that has responsibilty for anything.

                            I just found I had a PM inquiry regarding my cues that I had for sale but no email notification at all.

                            FERRET!!!!!! Please take another look as this problem seems to be growing and there are a lot of people who have come to depend on TSF, me included
