I just thought I should mention this so you know I'm not a spammer haha 
I tried to post a thread in the coaching section yesterday, and as I pressed the submit new thread button a dialog box came up and disappeared quickly before I could read it, and my post was nowhere to be seen. I tried it again today and I managed to catch the box this time with it saying that it would have to be approved by a moderator before it got posted - so apologies if me posting it twice looked like I was trying to pester the mods I just didn't catch the dialog box the first time!
