Help for my mate please

Hi all, my friend set up an account about 18 months ago but never got around to using it! He is now trying to use TSF but after he logs in successfully he keeps getting a bulletin message and can't get any further.
If any admins could look into it it would be much appreciated. His user name is peanut671.
