Cannot login on iPhone 5 using app

Hi, I cannot login using the app on the iPhone 5 any suggestions?
I fill in my details and hit login but the app does nothing.

A while back ferret (the boss) had to change to co.uk rather than .com, i don't think the apps work on .co.uk

Indeed. It was supposed to be a very temporary measure before going back to .com... but it seems to have been going on for quite a few weeks now!
