It took a while but we've managed to solve the most of the issues you brought up, including:
1.Invalid thread URL.
2.'last post' issue.
3.pager problems using IE.
4.the reputation problems.

There's a bug left, I already wrote about it - when I get a PM and the popup window appears, when I click OK to open it in a new window, it leads to invalid URL error (then I just open my PM inbox and can read the PM). Probably that is because the subject line is too long, because sometimes it's working ok.

Also, there is still no mail notification for incoming PMs.

also still too many log-ins/outs during the day...

I find with these new ad-banners, they now appear directly on top of any pager message I receive (they didn't used to do that), meaning that I can't read the pager.

Also, in the last few weeks, there seems to be a new rule that Private Messages cannot be sent within 3 minutes of each other. (I think that there may have been a time limit of one minute previously.)

Can this be changed please? If there need to be a time limit, I would have thought that something more like 30 seconds would be much better. (I don't type that much!)
