reggiemal - you have done 18 posts but only 3 count towards the 10 for high functions such as PM.

if you are using a pc access you will see the count on the right of your posts under the date joined. on a phone app you wont see anything.

some forum sections do not add to this counts, don't ask which do or don't

once you get 10 posts, the function will not be instantaneous but with a bit of patience for the servers to update and then a login, should give you the function.
