Why don't I get notifications?

how would it be? no one is looking at it; as I said, just stick with your new account.
I very much doubt even if I had sent a request over things don't get fixed quickly and experience from others with issues (usually changing email addresses- nothing get fixed

not sure but changes to your settings may require a logout and login - with time between to allow server update.

Ok ok, just to add, logging in with the old account does work, but after everything is blocked off.
As you can see both are 'online'
