Well the forum skin is changed, it's something already.
The 'Welcome to vbulletin' message is still there.

yep, that was the hold-up this morning with this change being applied
Strange the multiple shades of green though

and this message typing in a serif font (TNR?) but Previewed in a san-serif font, and Posted as san-serif
