Edit Signature

How do I edit my sig? Looked all over the settings page but can't seem to find it.

User Settings under your name in the top right and then click on account . Scroll down to edit signature

EDIT: Ooops, spoke too soon. I want the snooker smiley after my signature, like yours, but having clicked on it in the 'edit signature' box it adds a link instead. I've tried just putting it in the usual way with the BB code but it doesn't work. How did you get yours to work?

Well, I've spent half an our simply trying to add the snooker smiley to the end of my signature with worse than no success. My sig has now completely disappeared, although it's still there in the edit box. Any chance of getting of back? With a snooker smiley?

EDIT: OK, got my sig back, but still can't insert smiley.

When you are in ‘ edit signature ‘ , in the top right hand corner there is a smilie . Click on that then save the change

Yes, I did that. Then clicked on the snooker smiley in the box below the sig, it appears to be there, I click save, it tells me that my sig has been saved, but the smiley does not actually show up in my posts.

I can see a white box after your signature , try it again .

Tried again, as you can see it looks like it's there, but it's not appearing on my posts.

Just noticed the post and I lost this when the forum changed.

I have put a signature back in the box, ticked the signature section and it saved, whenever I go back in it is there but doesn't show on posts.

Not sure if it helps but I can't see any one else's so maybe there's a view signatures box separate?

That's strange Dean I can't see them anywhere on any post, go figure.

You have to enable signatures in your User Settings (the "Account" tab) to see them.

Snooker smiley doesn't show up for me either. :smile:

By the way, it's still impossible to open any thread in Announcements / News. They all just lead back to that subforum.

Yes, that's the main page of the Announcements / News subforum. Is it supposed to be something else?

But clicking on any topic from there does nothing, it just lead back to the same place. :smile:
