any one know the best place to buy a set of top quality billiard balls and what would be concidered the right clock to have to time games as we are entering a billiards league for the first time

You will find a clock on Ebay. Digital timer etc.You will also find scales to weigh your ball on. They will or should be around 141 grams and be within .1 of a gram within the set. This is very important.
