7ft Pool Table Budget

That looks like a multi-games table, rather than a proper pool table. It is unlikely to be 'good', but it depends exactly what you are looking for.

If you want something that plays well (i.e. you are a serious or even semi-serious player) then you may be better off looking on eBay for a second hand slate bed table.
