I am one of those who tries not to use the deliberate foul, for the reason stated above, it just feels like cheating, and you can get games that just go from deliberate foul to deliberate foul sometimes.

Indeed. As a snooker referee it really is quite an anathema to play a delibereate foul under World Rules, but hey it's in the rules, and I'm slowly learning when I should be playing one!

I have never played Blackball rules but they look quite cool
