How to go about leveling a pool table

Hi guy's i am looking for some help on leveling some pool tables at my local club...the guy that normaly does this has been of work sick for the last 7 week's due to an operation and no one else at or near the club can do this..so i thought i would ask on here if there is an easy way of doing this..like starting points what do do first..ect ect..the club has a table jack/trolly for helping to raise the table to give me accsess to the feet of the tables...so that's about all i know. so please any help would be great..

I have a sheet here on how to go about leveling a pool table from supreme pool tables. I've taken a photo of it but can't figure out how to attach it to this thread. still a newbie!
