To anyone who is interested,there is a £40 k money match scheduled for later this year.Players Snooker & Pool Club,in Newcastle under Lyme,Staffordshire is hosting this match on 17th September.The entrance fee is £1 , yes I mean £1, all proceeds from the entrance fee are to go to the Harvey Jones Memorial Fund.Harvey,if you are unaware of him,was a pool player of some stature nicknamed " The Barrister" before sadly passing on.Further details,for anyone interested,can be found on their website.I have no connection to this club,other than being a member,but I do like to support charities especially when I can indulge in one of my favourite pastimes while doing so.
