This is a question that many snooker and pool players have wondererd about, which one to buy, wooden or graphite?
Well the simple ANSWER is; Either. I have used both wooden and graphite cues and although some player believe that wooden cues have more feel, there is simply no real truth to this, and I believe it's more to do with the weight of the cue that will give you a more balance approach to a shot.
I have currenlty switched from wooden to graphite both weighted 19oz and I can assure players that with the right weighted cue, you adjust pretty quickly.
It really depends upon your preference and style of cue which one you buy, but I have no issue with graphite and have no intentions of going back to wood. If a titanuim cue came out I would consider this as well.
