Yugo Cars Challenge 1985

Just saw a clip on youtube between Steve Davis and Jim Rempe in 1985. Was this a challenge match where by both pool and snooker were played, just like the Fiat Snooker-Pool Championship between Steve Davis and Steve Mizerak in 1987? Jimmy White played in the same challenge match against Mizerak in 88'.
