No, there is a thread on here with a similar situation but I can't remember what it's called :/. If it's two object balls I'd probably have a rerack but idk where the rules actually stand on such issues. But having said that if it's the white and an object ball it would look like there isn't a legal shot on, in world rules you'd have no option but to foul. Not sure about blackball or other disciplines though :/

Looks like a non spotted white and a pro cup black.

whats the problem anyway ? If your on the black, and it's touching, you just play away from it ( aim into the cushion ).

oops, just read the 2nd post. Still play away from touching ball.
