Pool cloth upside down ?

Ok since I can't edit my previous post il continue here.

I have a cheap American pool table at home that I got From a friend.
The cloth seems to be installed with the fuzzy or napped side up .
This makes the table play kinda slow.
The underside of the cloth is smooth and you can see the weave of the fabric.


Can it be upside down ?

That looks the correct way up to me but I am from the UK and napped cloths are a lot more popular over here compared to over in the states (only assuming that from what I watch on youtube). I doubt that cloth would perform well if you flipped it over.

You can't turn this fabric over. It's one-sided. You need to replace it
