I think that the british (being one my self) are so naive when it comes to things like this.
yeah, i can see both sides of the argument 'russia is equipped, we aint etc etc'
but for christs sake, it a little snow. surely we have all been taught, or at least have some idea, of how to drive in the snow. We see it as an excuse to being lazy
I can see that in some places in the south of england it would be hard to get into work. but if work is within walking distance, why dont we walk. its why we have legs, we all have warm clothes, why dont we use em?
if people took their time, they would get to work. Everyone i know, got into work fine, we had no gritters up here in some places. (lancashire) but people still managed to get into work.
to be honest, i work with someone who lives in cheshire, and she drove to bolton, to get into work on time.
