After the 1st weekend, just wondered how many of you watched and what you thought of this weekend's action? Personally, I was very, very impressed with Ireland and, most of all, Wales, who, if they hadn't taken their foot off the pedal, could have put 40-odd points past Scotland (sniff, sniff!). I thought England were dire, and if Italy hadn't gifted them 3 tries, then the English could have been in serious trouble.

What price a Grand Slam decider between Wales and Ireland? I think that, even though Ireland look to have a quality team in place, Wales will be too strong for everyone this year again. Back-to-back championships?

    What do you think?

dont want to open a new thread, so posting it here, but I enjoyed last weeks superbowl. What drama!

I cant get it though why in Rugby and American Football video footage is used for referees where in football they still refuse to use it.

        Cymru for the grand slam

I looks it will go this way. France being among the favs as well.

Englands' world cup win seems a big fluke as they have not done anything before (decades) and after that win. The way though Austin Healey was slagging off the England team is typical for the approach of sport teams in The UK. How can you build a team and progress on such utter rubbish comments! Pure negativism. What did bring him to be a rugby pundit, a few strictly dances?
