That would be UK - Nil Points then as a matter of principle from our Euro neighbours. Or have we become slightly less unpopular yet. ?

Is Cadburys a British brand ? Is that well regarded by all you chocaholics ?

          chocolate, what a heavenly topic
going by supermarket standards:Cote d'or is one of the best I think, but hard to get at least in a German supermarket, swiss chocolate is easier to get but doesn't taste better in my pov, and Cadbury doesn't really taste good at all, compared to the average Milka even it's way too sugary and not really creamy enough, only exception is Cadbury drink chocolate, that tastes better than average

Agree with Puddleduck, Cadbury isn't very good, at least not the chocolate itself, very low quality, but at least it doesn't have the sharp aftertaste like Milka, so I rate it higher. They have some nice small chocolate bars with nuts, caramel etc though and the drinking chocolate really is OK, but there are better Swiss ones.

For the Germans (and maybe other countries?) :
The discounter Aldi used to have quite nice milk chocolate and their almond chocolate was great... I always wondered where it came from, as they usually buy from the big producers and wrap it up differently... Don't know if they still have the same though, it has been a while since I last got some from there and they sometimes change their suppliers but leave the same box.. EVIL ;D

Best chocolates of all time are Galler chocolates, IMO. He's the best chocolatier I've ever found and the variety he has is incredible! He is, of course, Belgian!! They cost an arm and a leg, but they are so worth it!

By the way, the Belgians have a saying: "Leonidas are for the tourists, we'll keep the good stuff!"

                  Is she a tourist? Lol

Remember, that's only what the Belgians say!

Did you enjoy them? That's what counts the most.

Sounds interesting, but I think we're on the wrong forum for this sort of discussion!

Getting banned would not be a good idea; what would I do on Sunday afternoons and in the mornings, afternoons ... and evenings ..... and at night ... in fact, all the time when I'm off on sick leave???

Thanks very much for the kind offer, but I live right on the Belgian border!! Even if my knee's buggered, some aspects of life are good!

I really like their Moser-Roth, don´t know where it comes from and actually don´t care as long as it tastes good and their Coffee-Cream chocolate
