Yep, not only your asthma, but just about everything improves, such as stamina, taste, smell and ah yes certainly sex (lol) to name a few.

For all those who have tried to stop smoking but failed and those wanting to quit must give Chantix an honest try; talk to your doctor to prescribe the beginners course for you. Believe me, this 'miracle' drug from Pfizer has changed my life for good. In fact, it has also helped curb my alcohol and caeffine intake as well. Good ridden.

Not sure if this is what my wife used to stop, whatever she used she was sick at the smell of smoke and made her quit as she hated to be sick.
Me i did a cold turkey and it was very easy tbh after 27 years of smoking

Yes, that's what Chantix essentially does .... sick of smell and annihilates urges. There were times of "wants" and not urges to smoke but subsided quickly. I became more fresh, active and healthier.

I tried cold turkey once many years ago and stopped smoking for few months but did not help due to mood changes, behaviour. extreme urges and depression. With Chantix, it wasn't that hard.

I smoke between plays. But can't go further than 5 cigarettes a day, cause they make me feel headache. Smoking helps to reduce my stress, and this is the good part of smoking for me.

              Only after sex!

I then put a damp cloth over it to cool him down

I smoke about 15-20 a day and to be honest I enjoy it so I don't see myself giving up any time soon. I'm 28 so maybe if I get older and have kids I might want to quit then but for now I'll continue with smoking. There are alot worse things in the world and I really think that these days smo0kers get a really hard time.

i think people are stressed now , let's why they smoke, between making you happier or healthy, we all have to choose,
and i think smoking is much much better than drug, or weed, that's a little bad habit, does make life easier

Quit smoking? Why, I quit in between each puff! Oh are there any pipe smokers on here? I just got a Parker's pipe from my gf for my b'day and am trying out different pipe tobacco, it's really relaxing, and despite the fact I smoke quite a bit of ciggies in a day it's a different experience to unwind with a coffee and pipe in hand. In fact, I think it so much that I'm gonna go for a nice Dunhill dress briar shell pipe

After all, it seems like a natural progression for wood lovers everywhere Now the dilemma that presents itself is... shall I buff my cue or shall I polish my pipe? hmm hmm decisions decisions, who said adulthood was any easier?! :P

Finally because of this thread I quitted smoking after more than 25 years.
And it was around 20 cigs per day.
OK, it is just one week now but I feel better every day.... so far it is fantastic.
I am confused... Oh wait... Maybe I'm not...

gotta love the smell of the smoke from a pipe...and gotta the fact that i am an ex-smoker...still crave the little *******s to this day, but its been two years since i've smoked and smoked for 15 years before that. My wife guilted me into quitting by saying "that she'll never forgive me if i got the big C"....well that did it...anyways don't enhale too much! LOL
