So ignoring the extra distance around the table if you were to walk right round the edge of the table you would travel 12 foot up, 6 across, 12 down, and 6 across again. So 1 lap is 36 feet minimum.
    so 5280/36=146 laps....
Pretty good memory there Dandy! I'll let you off the extra 2!

I'm bored... so if you assume you walk a foot away form the table doing your lap... start at the bottom corner... 13 feet up, 7 across, 13 down and 7 across again... thats 40 feet... so 132 laps walking 1 foot from the edge of the table...
good maths RG! so if we take a min figure of 132 and a max figure of 146, if Mark cut the corners a bit, I could be spot on at 144 ...

I would guess I saw it as a "filler" in one of the BBC televised programmes ... didn't anyone else? Call yourself snooker fans ... shame on you LOL ...

PS ... still thinking about your incredible diet idea ... I like it, I'll get back to you after I've finished watching a recording of F1 qualifying ...

This was supposed to have people posting about their fitness!

Not to have: RGCirencester. Doing simple maths for us!

I'm getting no where with my research

I'm gonna put boxing and weight lifting on the poll! Can I change things afterwards? I'll go look!

I exercise a lot and I have an extremely disciplined regime. I practice at least an hour a day on the Orbitrack and I have tennis trainings almost every day. I am a lot better physically prepared since I started working out.
As for my regime, this is what I eat :

BREAKFAST : (1 hour after waking up) - Muesli with milk or fruits
After 3 hours I usually have 1 peach.

LUNCH : (3 hours after the snack) - Meat with tomatoes or white cheese with the size of one deck of cards.
After 3 hours I, again, have 1 peach.

DINNER : (3 hours after the peach, but not after 8pm) - A salad or fruits. Maybe cereals too.
          .I'm back!:].
