Taylor is an incredible player, just a level above every other professional, well done for him! He's well capable to win another WC, who knows he might win 3-4 more.

You can't argue with the fact that he's an outstanding professional. Imagine the hype there would be if an individual achieved his kind of success in a more main-stream sport.

love him or hate him - you gotta say well done!

He's probably the best player there'll ever be but it is still like watching paint dry when he plays. He's doing the same for darts as Lindrum did for billiards, completely playing the game out.

Whoever said "Winning isn't everything; it's the only thing" was an arsehole.

Dont want to sound picky but i think you will find that it was Joe davis that won 15 world titles and not his brother Fred who i think only won 3.

Big darts fan and player, as people mentioned he's simpley in another league in comparrison to the rest. But this comes through due to his dedication to the game, the man has lived and breathed the game.

His practice hours on the board are between 5 and 8 hours a day and even more in preperation and during competition. The man himself said he treats it as a 9-5 job and his passion for the game and hunger for titles keep him going. He is an all round good guy, does alot for charity and does well out of the game with earnings in the last year over £850,000. I remember one story on Dutch television on 8 May 2007 at the 2007 International Darts League against Barney, Taylor put in a nine darter. His prize was an Opel Tigra Twin Top he then donated the prize to a friend who had been involved in an accident the previous weekend and had his van written off.

As for can he win another PDC World Championship, dont be suprised if he gets to 20 titles never mind 16. It will take something radical for someone to get to his level in the next 2 or 3 years. His averages are consistantly 5-10 points more than his opponents. Since the PDC was founded in the 93-94 season Taylor has only lost the World Championship 3 times and has won over 45 PDC titles. Personally in my opinion I dont think anyone has dominated any sport the way Taylor has with darts.

              My 2p worth LOL

It will definitely take something special to beat Taylor at darts.
