bath or shower?

this is totally of the subject of snooker but i know that is what this section for so my question is what do you think is better a bath or shower because i heard a bath is actually really bad for you because you are lying in your own muck but surely its great relaxing your muscles in a full hot soaking bath but then the other arguement is that the shower is constant water running of you?

My wife says shower and then bath after. That way you don't lay in your dirty water and you relax too. I don't think she understands global warming much!!

Always wear leathers now - once lost some skin crashing a poxy scooter on Ibiza - bleeding throttle jammed wide open, which i didnt know about till i came to a 90 degree bend

i wanna avg helmet and a diannesse or something leathers there called i think supposed to be best but for pottering around the local streets, jeans adidas sambas and a leather jacket will do it for me
