Don't think I'd know if it's a skinhead or some other kind of a tatoo
And well I more or less can distinguish between emo, goths, punks, metalists, hippies & skinheads from the way they dress (or this is also "old stuff" now & I'm too far behind? ); but I figure for someone from some 40 years old most of these would look the same - "oh those young people trying to appear as some sort of anarchists" (correct me if I'm wrong ).

In case you're asking me, for me seeing someone walking by on the street with a tatoo on his/her face would be exactly opposite of "blending in".

But actually you'd better ask UK-based people, they are going to "judge" you, not me (not yet at least ).

Another question is if it is good or bad to stand out (or to blend in). For you.

Why do you want those tatoos so much?

hey do an experiment, paint you knuckles somehow (that it'd look like tatooed), and they go to some 3 job interviews, just to try it out (something simple like waiter or cashier). we'll be looking for the results

Aren't you giving up your dreams too easily?

Ah and don't delete the thread - don't we wanna know which forum member has what tatoos And someone else might have the same dilemma
If seriously, it feels not so good when you post on the thread (so kind of 'contribute'), and then it all disappears, at least I felt that way when a thread was deleted once.

                        worth a try, no?
