Looking for a Graphic Guy

Hello,

Is there anyone out there that would make the following for the discussion threads?

I would need a normal picture of the person, but it amended so they are all the same size, and maybe TSF in white in the bottom corner.

This will make all discussion threads look alot tidier, if you can do it, post one below and I will see if I like it.
