Good morning, April and Ellena, would you take me with you? I was in Soho a couple of years ago. At that time, I didn't have any idea yet that there was a certain game which should become one of the rays of sun shine in my life, one day .
(Dear me, what a metaphor. Nobel Prize in literature, please) .
It's always good to have someone who knows the place already, so - you're definitely in, Sunflower I have never been in Soho
@ April and Ellena,
hoped that you would say that. . Don't be too disappointed. My Soho experience was a very limited one. A young British friend of mine ( I say British because he was born in London but brought up in Dunfermlin, Scotland) took me there for one day. And when I say day I mean day. During the day, Soho seems to be qiute a "normal" (whatever that might be) part of the city.
Ty for the Prize, Ellen. We could finance our trip to Soho.
April, I am sad. A draw in both the matches was what I had hoped for, last night.
Oh Sunflower, I am sending you a big hug from Riga right now, I am a bit sad too... But let it be the worst snooker evening this season, the others will be very good!
Sun , I am not happy about the last night results either. But hopefuly April is right , and this is going to be the only sad, ugly, unlucky night in the whole season!

@April and Ellen, yes, let's hope that last night was the worst of the whole
season. But there is a borderline between positive thinking and realistic thinking. I tend to be a realist, so I am afraid that...... .
Let's keep our fingers crossed for our Fav. He may have a lot of reasons
to "like the journey" he is "on" .

I can't say i am a pessimist. Positive thinking is the one i prefer , but that doesn't have to mean i got to carried away from the reality. I never said i expect my Fav to win everything this season , or any other season , but , yep , i can say that i dream to see this happening .
I hope this season will give him few more reasons to enjoy "the journey he's on" . Fingers crossed!
