    1'500th member being: 'GARETH22666'

    Can this be verified?

          Blimey.

I was number 954, something like that, on June 30. So that's another 550 in 3½ months. Damn good, I would have thought!

Well done on the member numbers, it is quite clear that this is the best snooker forum around. Other snooker forums just have ran their course and out of ideas!

so maybe now is the time to weed out some of those accounts, which have never been activated or never been posted from. Are there a lot?

why should the accounts never posted from be deleted? I guess there might be some shyer people just reading the forum - something that isn't quite possible if you're not registered...

right April, but you can also see, when was the last time somebody was even reading, and I rather thought about those, which hadn't done that either Also, I think a lot of people signed up several times when they weren't able to activate their accounts. Anyway it was just an idea...

                            Hi, April and Snookersfun,
I would like TSF to be a bit generous about non posters. I am a constant reader, but can't contribute too much to the specilists' discussion of our favourite game. That means, I don't post a lot. The Off Topic threads don't count any more so that my chances to improve my account are diminishing.
So it is only a question of time that I will be thrown out. I would hate that, .because this is such a nice place to be. .

                              Sun, nobody would throw you!!!
sorry to have brought up the subject...
There are people who have O posts and never ever looked at the forum since registering (only those might get in danger, and only if Curtis actually picks up on my rambling)
