Seems meditation, for 27 mins a day, for 8 weeks, actually seems to modify the brain, specifically in areas which are responsible for concentration and emotional integration i.e. dealing with your emotions.
Improving concentration has got to help with snooker, and being able to keep yourself relaxed by controlling emotions in stressful situations should too.
