  • I am back!

safe and sound from Aberdeen It was a great and somewhat mad weekend that I enjoyed to the full and still haven't recovered from all the positive emotion I had, so I don't think I can write a decent report

Anyway, I was lucky to go there, to get tickets on the match days Saturday and Sunday - even 30 minutes before the final starts! (don't do that in other tournaments, better book them online). Was strange to see the semifinalists, because I completely missed quarter final stage, but it was very good snooker anyway, I was watching snooker with my eyes wide open and I think I watched the evening session of the final on Sunday with such a smile that I guess it was for the good they didn't show me on TV

Oh, and I met Statman, Kellie-text, ronnieisthebest and littleminx147. That was very nice and well, I hope to meet you all again soon - and also those who I haven't met yet. Because I am definitely going to another tournament (hopefully soon)!

Nice to know that you had a good time, April. Did you get a chance to see the players apart from when they were playing?

And something to add: thank you all! I've got a terrific support from many forum members, and I definitely have to say - I won't be there if not the inspiration and motivation I got from you all

Hi, April. Welcome home. Are there any rules for visitors to consider in these main tour matches?
Men play the game, women know the score

Mobile off! If Jimmy plays, you have to shout:

                        COOOOOOOOOOOMMMMME OONNNNNN, JIMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

Welcome back April, you should have stayed a few days more to explore Scotland. Statman should have driven you around a bit.

Yeah, that would be fun. First time in Scotland, and all I saw was snooker Anyway, I hope I will have another chance to explore Scotland more. That is, if I find a driver. Because me getting a driver's licence might take too much time

Well, they also kept telling that cameras are not allowed, so I forgot about my cam and forgot to ask forumers to take a photo of all us there Anyway, I guess the rule is just to keep quiet, not walk around while the match is going, and just watch and enjoy it, which is very easy to do!

                              Glad you enjoyed it Maddy.

An advantage of not being able to drive is that you have no chance of being caught speeding
