Looks like snookersfun has shot up 4 places. Here is the table after Round 15:
Pos. . . . . . . . Points . . . . . . Person
1 . . . . . . . . . . . 3 . . . . . . . elvaago
2 . . . . . . . . . . . 3 . . . . . . . hegeland
3 . . . . . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . snookersfun
4 . . . . . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . Mitsuko
5 . . . . . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . rambon
6 . . . . . . . . . . . 2 . . . . . . . The Statman
7 . . . . . . . . . . . 1 . . . . . . . davis_greatest
(We will assume the same principles as in the snooker quiz, whereby you go straight to the top of your new points total to avoid tied positions.)
ROUND SIXTEEN
You probably cannot find a paragraph as odd as this paragraph all day. But what is so odd about it? Why is it unusual? It is probably hard to say what is so odd at first, but as you study it, no doubt you will finally catch on. You might look at many thousands of paragraphs, all containing as many words as this, looking in many books, and still not find any that can boast this oddity. But what is it about this paragraph that is so unusual (apart from it sounding funny)? Do you know? If you can find what it is first, you will find that I award you a point!"If anybody can knock these three balls in, this man can."
David Taylor, 11 January 1982, as Steve Davis prepared to pot the blue, in making the first 147 break on television.

I will assume that is correct as it is true whilst we wait for clarification i will post a question (sorry for my impatience.)
ROUND SEVENTEEN
This is a nice easy one.
Think of thirteen countries and their capitals.
OH THERE IS MORE.
The capitals can only begin with letters A-M
The countries can only begin with letters N-Z
No letter can be repeated.
Therefore say Norway - Oslo is wrong as Oslo is in the wrong half of the alphabet.
If you say Russia - Moscow this is fine but you cannot use R or M again.
I hope this is clear.
I will give you one hint. Answers with X and Y are impossible so I just need a list of 11 countries with their capitals.
Hope this makes sense. The list should look something like say:
City A is the Capital of Z
City B is the Capital of W
City C is the Capital of V
City D is the Capital of U
City E is the Capital of T
City F is the Capital of S
City G is the Capital of R
City H is the Capital of Q
City I is the Capital of P
City J is the Capital of O
City K is the Capital of N
SO IN THIS EXAMPLE L M X AND Y ARE LEFT OUT.
GOOD LUCK.

I know it's not finished, but this is far as I can go as my internet is soonb to be off for the morning
City A is the Capital of Z: Zambia - Lusaka
City B is the Capital of W: Wales - Cardiff
City C is the Capital of V: Vietnam - Hanoi
City D is the Capital of U: Uganda - Kampala
City E is the Capital of T: Thailand - Bangkok
City F is the Capital of S: Sierra Leonne - Freetown
City H is the Capital of Q: Qatar - Doha
City I is the Capital of P: Pakistan - Islamabad
City J is the Capital of O: Oman - Muscat
City K is the Capital of N: Netherlands - AmsterdamYou play a long slow deadweight red to a corner pocket. As it approaches the pocket, a kamikaze woodlouse crawls out from under the cushion and makes its way across the table, conflicting with the path of the red precisely at the point the red gets there. The red, needless to say, veers off course, and the future of the woodlouse is uncertain. - The Statman

I shall admit to a certain amount of Internet reference, but here is my list.
For 'W' I can find only Western Sahara and Wales, neither of which is a proper independent state; I'm not sure that Lagos is still the capital of Nigeria.
Nigeria – Lagos
Oman – Muscat
Pakistan – Islamabad
Qatar – Doha
Rwanda – Kigali
Sierra Leone – Freetown
Thailand – Bangkok
UAE – Abu Dhabi
Vietnam – Hanoi
Wales – Cardiff
Zambia – Lusaka
