I won't make any comment either about whether the one remaining incorrect answer in your list might have been an acceptable alternative answer to 26 Down!

Well done snookersfun! 1 point to you. I'm a bit confused about the state of the scoreboard as it hasn't been updated for a while, but make sure you get your point. I'll credit your point also for this on the Puzzles with numbers and things thread.
Here is what the completed crossword looks like:Attached Files"If anybody can knock these three balls in, this man can."
David Taylor, 11 January 1982, as Steve Davis prepared to pot the blue, in making the first 147 break on television.

Hehehe, well, yes partly that - and I was suggesting that we should each get a point for our efforts But it's OK, I don't mind my point being removed."If anybody can knock these three balls in, this man can."

You need to submit the best snooker-related palindrome you can. (A palindrome has the same letters reading backwards as forwards - ignore spaces and punctuation.) It can be a single word, like BOB (as in Bob Chaperon, but that would be a terrible entry), or a phrase as long as you like (like MADAM I'M ADAM, if that had anything to do with snooker).
Post your entries on this thread. This is, of course, entirely subjective, but the winner will be whichever one I like most that is submitted by 21:00 (9pm GMT) on Monday 4 December.
Anyone is also free to post a new round (from round 26) in the meantime, to overlap with this one."If anybody can knock these three balls in, this man can."
