Dutch cheese, or any cheese?

any raw cheese (reminds me of my early years at school when I puked on my teachers shoes as she "wanted" - a better word would be "forced"- me to eat it raw), but it´s okay for me when it´s melted i.e. on pizza or souffle. But I don´t look at the country the cheese is from, my knowledge about cheese is really full of gaps. So I might even take dutch ones
