    • Oh, that's nice snook!
Sunday mornings are my favourite time of the week. And for some strange reason the music I want to listen to on Sundays is only Greek, I was just listening to a poem that has been "dressed" with music, the sweetest song, I wish I could translate...

      • R.E.M. - It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine ) Good song for Monday morning.
And there was another song which I was singing when trying to wake myself up completely. Singing helps

        • I love that song April. It's great!

My first one was Elton John - Don't let the sun go down on me.

Hi AG If I remember well I have seen (on tele) Elton John singing that song with George Michael during a concert of E. John. Both great performers !!
I saw that going differently in my mind

              • Well, judging from the title, I guess my song is a better start to the day than "It's the end of the world as we know it". Great tune, tho!

                      • I hail your optimism, April! In fact, that Elton John song is quite depressing, tho. "Frozen here on the ladder of my life", "Too late to save myself from falling", "Don't discard me just because you think I mean you harm but these cuts I have they need love to help them heal".... WTF?

                        • LOL Kat, life is not so bad as the song text. At least makes one notice the difference

Dunno why I'm in such a good mood today, but hopefully will stay so till the evening

                          • I've been listening to Almaz by Randy Crawford all day as I'm learning it. Its a shame youtube doesn't have 'someday I'll fly away' as thats another great track by her.

                            Enjoy:
