    ergh!!! That is the worst job to do, I know, i've done it coutless times. I've recently moved into my own home and don't plan to move for about 20 years.

      Well everything is now in the new place.. Cleaned this flat top to bottom so if my flat mate messes this place up it will take a surgical miracle to remove his cue from his body
      I'm not against women.... Just not against them often enough...

        Do you have to pay a bond? (eg 4 weeks rent that you get back if you leave the place in good order?)
        If it was my room mate, it would be more than just his cue. It would be a full set of snooker balls too!

          Yeah we paid a bond each, I want mine back or hell will break loose lol..

          I could do with the money for the new place..

            I own my own home. No more bond paying for me, just a massive mortgage.

            If I happened to not get my bond back on one of my rental places, my plan was to go into the the lpace after i'd moved out and do enough damage to cover the bond. Fortunately no one ever denied me my bond back.

                I was an A1 tennant. The real estate agents were very dissapointed when we stopped renting.
