  • I see the cricket's going well!

    Special one for the Soave!!

I see that at this moment in time the world cup prospects of the Netherlands look slightly more promising than those of England...

    (well played Freddie)

Wise words Maruta, I will give our boys a few more decades and then we'll see.

Just saw it. 62-1 after 12 overs. will be probably 384-2. Replying 107 all out!

For England Blunkett has come to the rescue!

Worse than that, England are 148-7 (batting first) from 40 overs against NZ!!!!

SA are 90-1 from 15 overs (batting first) against netherlands, so I would say that netherlands are taking more of a caning, but only just!

bit of verve at the end of the innings though.

Holland seem to have one amzaing bowler and two or three awful ones.

Yeah well, I guess we only have a few dozen cricketers in the whole nation. We are just lucky to have a handful who can throw a ball! Maybe they should recruit some darters!

IF I remember from the last world cup, The Netherlands (likeKenya) were very good fielders and although they didn't win too many games they restricted ther opponents to quite low tallys for the 50 overs.

                      The 400 mark is insight!

The game is limited to 40 overs due to rain so the 400 cannot happen.

There was one record though. Gibbs became the first ever player to hit 6 sixes in one over of a one day international.

Lucky there were not any no balls

There could still be a draw if heaven opens for the next few hours!

                            Test series India

                            <Bump>

Looks like a 2-0 defeat coming up! More and more, it seems The Ashes won at home was one big fluke! (to stay on snooker topic).

Think this is quite on topic at present!

How the boys doing in the east then?
