Yep. Nature of the beast, we deliever over 200m parcels, if only 0.1% had a problem then you see 200,000 negative reviews online - no one posts positive review on something like delivery (unless they work for them, or are being paid to...!). There is a reason why Next, John Lewis, and co use us, and it's not because we're **** lol. These are the companies who constantly get the best rated delivery service.

With Hermes 'attracting a 30% 'bad' rating' and Yodel '71% rated it bad'.

Having worked for Royal Mail. I know how hard it is to please customers. Not helped by the fact that the amount a customer gets delivered in a week seem inversely proportional to the likelihood of them actually being in.
Someone once said the customer is always right. However said that was wrong.

But by far the worse is Yodel. After my experience of seeing what they do when I've been out on delivery, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

i use them all and send a lot out. different areas i guess have different standards - yodel here is very good as are hermes and parcelforce, city link and dpd ok - tnt are the ones who like to kick my cues around the hillside before losing them on the way to the depot!

generally i pick depending on where things are going and what is being sent - chalk etc by hermes, to europe parceforce the best , hk china etc fedex etc etc

I use TNT for my business through parcel to go and never had a parcel lost or damaged must have sent 250+ parcels. But as stated earlier package well and safely so they can't damaged it and you will be alright.

But insurance for cues bumps the price to silly money so I use ' I Post' which is really UK mail. 24 hr deliver and insurance up to 500 for a 3/4 cue in a. 76mm tube is around £14 I've sent 5 cues now and been well pleased with the service. Either collect or dropped off to a depot. Also I get email as soon as it's signed for as well. Highly Recommended

That's good going lol. Most of my stuff is between200-450 and never had a single issue with them all delivered in a 24hr window.

if you send out as much as I do it is inevitable that sometimes things will go missing regardless of who you use.

a good point - I am part of royal mails testing program and that letter always arrives at 9am next day - absolutely always!

I take everything back what I said about UK Mail. The have just snapped my 1 piece Tony Glover Cue.

OMG how the flip did they manage that ?? do they inform you it's been damaged or attempt to deliver it without you noticing ??
Brand new cue, or a modification ??
