BBC archive trial

I found out about the BBC archive trial and thought of the resident Brits here. Maybe one of you would like to apply for a trial membership of their archives?

Sadly it's not open to foreigners, and - just a tip - it seems there is a bug in the system, because the website will only accept registrations from women

I don't understand why they don't give foreigners the possibility to pay some fee (higher than the British TV fees maybe) to also use the service. Maybe some legal issue.

Do a google search for free proxy servers, find one that is in the UK and use that to register, this will fool them into thinking you are in the UK

Everytime I tried using BBC with a proxy some problems occured. I'll have another try this weekend to watch the Davis-Parrott match.

Try XX as MK or LU or S.

123 can be any numbers...
